Have you ever thought about preparing a super tasty and crispy breaded dish using only one ingredient?

I am Saimon Novack, a journalist and cook for special moments, and I will share with you three recipes using the Sabor Açoriano breading mix.

And our next recipe is a crispy hake fillet with black rice and sautéed cherry tomatoes.

Our preparation will be done by deep-frying.

While I set the oil to heat up, I'll go ahead and bread our hake.

Although our Sabor Açoriano Breading Mix already comes complete with seasoning, I'm going to use this spice here that I like very much (Salt-Free Fish Seasoning). It will add a little extra color to our hake fillet. Look how beautiful.

Add a drop of lemon on both sides. Give it a little rub and now I'll move it to our Breading Mix.

Cover one side. Cover the other. And now just shake off the excess and fry it.

Extremely crispy little hake fillet. Listen to this (sound of the knife passing through the breading crust).

Now let's plate it.

We'll use the black rice, it also goes very well with a purée, a selection of butter-sautéed vegetables, but our choice for today was black rice.

Put a layer of our rice here.

The star of our dish.

And now the cherry tomatoes to bring more color and juiciness.

And to finish, lemon zest and a drizzle of olive oil.

It’s ready to serve.
