Breading Mix - 300g

The Sabor Açoriano Breading Mix is a seasoned flour ideal for preparing
breaded items such as fish, seafood, chicken, and meats in general. With 300g of the mix, it can yield up to 3kg of breaded food.

Preparation Instructions: Place the contents of the Sabor Açoriano Breading Mix package in a bowl, take the thawed cut of your choice, and press it onto the mixture, coating it as thoroughly as possible.
Do not add salt; the mixture is already seasoned. The use of eggs is not necessary. Does not contain gluten, lactose, or eggs.

Tip: Fry your breaded food in the oil of your choice or try preparing it in an air fryer.

Ingredients: Rice flour, annatto, iodized sea salt, garlic, oregano, cumin, crushed red pepper, parsley, and turmeric. Gluten-free.
