Chimichurri is a traditional variety of herbs and spice blend from South America; this flavor brings a lot of aroma to dishes. Chimichurri sauce is world-renowned, prepared with this mix of herbs, olive oil, vinegar, and salt. However, chimichurri seasoning is also widely used in marinades and as a finishing touch for various recipes.

Pairs with: Meats, roasts, marinades, poultry, pasta, fish, pâtés, eggs, and sauces.

Tip: When seasoning meat in a marinade, do not leave it for too many hours, as the flavor of the chimichurri sauce may overpower the flavor of the meat.
